RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We understand that making sure you find the right size and fit online can be overwhelming! This is why we are more than happy to help you organize product exchanges or returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. In order to make sure you are able to find the right fit, without the commitment we will provide free return shipping on your first order with 7mesh.
All product must be unused, unwashed with original hangtags attached. If you are at all unsure of fit, sizing or just want to chat gear please let us know!
7mesh will only process exchanges and returns for products purchased directly from 7meshinc.com, with original order confirmation or sales receipt. If you purchased from a 7mesh dealer, please contact them directly for their exchange and return procedures.
Please contact us to obtain your Return Authorization – please make sure to include your original order number, date of purchase, return shipping address and reason for return!
We will provide you with an RA # and give you instructions on where to send your item. Returns which arrive at any of our facilities without an RA# will be refused.
If this was your first purchase with 7mesh we will cover your return shipping, and provide a prepaid shipping label. If it is not your first order, but you would still like a prepaid shipping label we are happy to provide one, and will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
We are able to process exchanges in one of two ways:
1.We create a new sales order, and process payment in order to get you your new product as quickly as possible! We then create a Return Authorization for you to ship us the incorrect sizing, and once this has been received at our warehouse we will refund your original purchase.
2.We create a Return Authorization and have you ship this to the local warehouse, once it has been processed we create and ship your new order, applying the credit to the invoice. This means that you do not have to process a second payment, however; this method can take a little longer depending on how long it takes for your RA to arrive at our warehouse.
We know that buying online can be a bit intimidating, and want to be sure that you are happy with your 7mesh order so if you have any questions about our returns or exchange process, fit or sizing we are more than happy to help! We love talking shop so shoot us an email and we will do our best to get you in the right gear.
7mesh wants to ensure that we are providing you with the highest level of craftsmanship possible, as a result our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion, with every effort made to repair items where possible. Proof of purchase is required upon request.
7mesh products are designed to be as durable as possible for the given weight and performance, but they are not bombproof, crashproof, or loveproof. Our goal is to make our products last much longer than you expect – your goal should be to ride enough to wear them out! If a product does not meet your expectations, please let us know. If it’s a warranty issue we’ll take care of you, if not we will do our best to help you get it repaired or replaced at reasonable cost.
The majority of our warranties are processed and repaired at our Head Office in beautiful Squamish, BC. If you are located in Europe we will have your warranty processed at the Outdoor Repair facilities in Switzerland.
In cases of repair or warranty, where damage is not due to defect in materials or workmanship, we request that you cover the cost of shipping your order to HQ. We will do our best to complete the repair at no, or minimal cost to you, as well as provide free return shipping

We aim to ship all orders next day, though please not that in some circumstances it may take 24-48 hours from receipt of your order prior to shipping, as our warehouses are closed during weekends and all local holidays.

7mesh will ship your order from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. GST and PST are calculated on check out.
Canada Post ground shipping is free of charge on orders over $100 CAD. Purolator Ground and Purolator Express are available at an additional charge.
7mesh will ship your order from our warehouse in Seattle, WA.
Your order will be delivered with all import duties paid. Local taxes are not assessed by 7mesh, and may be your responsibility.
UPS Ground shipping is free of charge on orders over $100 USD. UPS Express is available at an additional charge.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes (APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes)

Your order will be delivered with all import duties paid. VAT is included in the price displayed, and will be calculated at time of check out.
UPS Ground shipping is free of charge on orders over 100 Euro / 60 GBP / 100 CHF. UPS Express is available at an additional charge.
